2. How we use it

Business owners use the data to manage their employees and read customer feedback. Customer ratings are aggregated and shown on the public profile of each employee and business. IP addresses and browser tokens are used only to prevent the same rating being submitted twice; they are not shown to business owners.

3. Who we share with

We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers. The service infrastructure runs on DigitalOcean. WhatsApp verification codes are delivered through Twilio. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to filter automated submissions on the rating form.

4. Retention

Ratings, branches, and employee profiles are kept for as long as the business owner's account is active. One-time-password records are deleted as soon as they are used or expire.

5. Your rights

Business owners can delete their entire account from inside the Tumaoni app at any time — open Settings > Account > Delete my account. Deleting your account permanently removes your user record, every business, branch, and employee you own, and every customer rating linked to them. Individual branches and employees can also be deleted on their own from inside the app.

If you no longer have access to the app and need to request deletion, email support@omojadata.org from the phone number used to sign up and we will process the request within 7 days.

6. Children

Tumaoni is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent change.
